The FP 71HTA™ turbocharger for the Subaru WRX/STI features the 71HTA™ compressor section with your choice of 58MM stock appearing cover or 84MM Flow Advancement Port™ compressor cover coupled to the 8cm2 turbine section. This combo produces the fastest spool and transient response possible in any Subaru based turbocharger. The FP 71HTA™ flows 51LB a minute capable or producing upwards of 425WHP.

Please read below to determine which oil line fits your application.

We offer two different types of oil lines that will fit most WRX/STI year models. However due to part number changes year to year and make to make we can not solidly identify which line you need. So below is a description of the lines and instructions on how to determine which one you'll need for your application. These are not made to work on anything other than Impreza WRX/STIs and we do not know if they will work on other models such as Legacy and Outbacks.

Type 1 - This line is to be used if at the oil feed location off the back of the head only feeds the turbo. See the diagram on the right below, if you have that type of oil line you will use the Type 1 line. This was formally known as an non-AVCS line.

Type 2 - This line is to be used if at the oil feed location off the head splits and feeds the turbo and the AVCS solenoid. See the diagram on the left below, if you have that type of oil line you will use Type 2 line. This was formally known as the AVCS Line.

2004 STI full bolts ons with a built engine made 353 hp 379 tq on 24 lbs on a mustang dyno with pump gas feels great spools almost like stock just wish I would have went with the fp red

They got my turbo out to me super quick and over 20k miles later its running perfect. Pushing 360 to the wheels at 18 lbs. It spools super quick and its very durable. Also with the quick and friendly service I received from forced performance my next bigger turbo will be coming from them.

Purchased this fp71hta over past winter and finally got all ends met and running perfect. Had hopes of making 375 whp on this setup (stock 06 WRX EJ255) full bolt ons bosche1000's, ewg, e85 and beyond amazed with this turbo! Spoils up very quick and comes on hard all throughout the power band. Once my tuner (Corbin Johnson) sent the latest file I made 409whp/404tq @20lbs and still have room to make more! Love love love this little guy!
