Forced Performance began in 1996. Since then Forced Performance has become the "goto" turbo house for Mistu-Garrett Hybrids and hard to find Mitsubishi turbos and turbo parts. We were also MHI's largest volume distributor of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Turbochargers in North America for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. Forced Performance continues to push the envelope with creative ways to fit the proverbial "10 lbs of shit in a 5lb sack." Our commitment to excellence begins with thorough R&D on every custom turbo combination we offer. All Forced Performance turbochargers are built in house by our staff of highly skilled professionals. Credit Card Policy Top

We do accept all forms of credit card; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, however, we do have very strict rules regarding credit card charges and shipping.

1.)Shipping - All items must be shipped to the person and the address that are listed with that credit card issuer. We will only make considerations for repeat customers. If you must have an item shipped to another address, please contact your CC company and have the address added as an "alternate" or "secondary" shipping address.

As an added safety precaution to your package, we require any order over $75.00 to have a signature required. All first time customers will be required to keep this option, however, if you are a repeat customer and you are comfortable in having packages left at your address, you may call in prior to shipping to have this option removed.

2.)All orders shipped UPS Ground - Air shipment privileges are reserved for repeat customers only and must ship to the same address as previous orders and use the same credit card as on file.

3.)Please do not use other peoples cards - Fathers', mothers', ex-wives', room-mates', etc. If your name isn't on the card, we cannot accept it.

4.)When ordering by CC - please be sure that we have a valid phone number on file where we can reach you 24 hours a day. Should we have a problem with your credit card, we need to be able to contact you to rectify the problem. If we cannot contact you within 2 or 3 tries, your order will be canceled and we will not continue to try to hunt you down.

5.)First Time Purchasers - each new customer will be required to fill out our New Customer Credit Card Authorization Form for any credit card charges. You will also be required to send a copy of your State Issued Photo ID as well as a copy of the front and back of the credit card for verification. Our New Customer Credit Card Authorization Form will be emailed to you after placing your order with a sales person or through our website.

6.)To all of our honest customers - We apologize for the restrictions; however, it is necessary for our protection as well as yours. Unfortunately, when thieves use stolen credit cards, it is not the Credit Card Companies that takes the hit; rather it is the business who must consume these losses. We do our very best to take every order and every credit card very seriously to minimize these losses. We greatly appreciate your understanding and will continue to do our best for our valued customers.
Shipping Charges Top

Packages being shipped within the State of Texas will be subject to a 7.25% tax. If you have a resale license for the State of Texas to sell parts, a resale certificate must be on file before the order is placed and tax can not be taken off after the order is placed. Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required (i.e. after a turbo is received, the customer must pay to ship the core back).

***We do NOT have a "Will-Call" facility for customers to pick-up their parts.***

At this time we only offer the UPS for all of our shipping. Orders usually arrive in 1 to 6 days after the package(s) have left our facilities, however it may take up to 10 working days. If an email has been provided, UPS will email the tracking number once it has been produced.

For repeat customers only: If you need your parts quicker, we offer upgraded UPS shipping. You may select 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air service, but you must call to place your order. All upgraded shipping services will only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card on file.

We do not guarantee any shipping times for ANY deliveries and no refunds will be given on shipping charges.
COD Orders Top

We do not ship orders out COD! All payments must be made before an order can ship. If you wish to pay via money order, cashiers check or personal check, this is no problem, but the funds must clear the bank before any items are shipped.
Refused Truck Shipment & Cancelled Orders Top

Freight charges incurred by Forced Performance Inc. while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer. ALL cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Backorder Service Top

In the case of turbo orders, we do build most of our turbochargers as they are ordered and therefore some additional time to fill your custom turbo order may be required. In the case of online orders, you will be billed for your order when you place it. If you wish to call and place your order over the phone, Forced Performance Inc. will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

Damage In Transit Top

The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact our office for damage claim information and keep ALL packaging materials. You will be asked to hold the damaged product for 10 days. Please do not return the package to Forced Performance Inc. If you cannot help us file a claim with UPS by saving packing material and allowing UPS to inspect the damaged goods, there may be no way to help you.
Return Policy Top

Please contact a Sales Representative for a RMA number before sending any package back to Forced Performance Inc. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Please enclose a copy of the RMA Authorization Form and a copy original invoice. We may accept the return provided it is unused, is in resellable condition and returned within 20 days of original invoice. Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due. If Forced Performance Inc. is in error in shipping we will promptly correct the problem. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered.
