When sending your turbocharger to us for any reason, there are three steps to follow. They are as outlined:
1. Print out the FP Upgrade and Rebuild Info form that can be found here. Fill this form out to the best of your ability.
2. Pack your turbo very carefully into a sturdy box and send it via FedEx or UPS to the address that you will find on our FP Upgrade and Rebuild Info form and be sure to stick that in or on the box.
3. Wait for us to contact you via e-mail with the written estimate for your rebuild or upgrade after teardown. Simply reply "Approved", or "Go Ahead", or ask further questions that you may have, and that gives us permission to perform the work prescribed. It can take up to 5 business days for us to tear down and assess your turbo after we receive it.
If you follow these guidelines, you help us streamline the rebuild process. Please do not call us asking if we have received your turbo; the volume that our receiving department handles means that we do cannot confirm if individual packages have arrived yet. The best course of action if you are unsure is to track your shipment to confirm that it has arrived. As long as it got into our hands with a properly filled out FP Upgrade and Rebuild Info form, we will process it as quickly as we are able. We will collect payment info at the point that your turbo is complete and ready to ship.
